During the course the Student achieves the following learning objectives:
KP7_WG4, student has thorough knowledge of different theoretical approaches that explain the essence of social structures and relations between them
KP7_WG5, student has thorough knowledge of cultural diversity and its consequences for the functioning of social and political structures
KP7_WG7, student has a thorough knowledge of changes in social ties (including national and ethnic) and their consequences for various social groups
KP7_WK2, student has thorough knowledge of national and ethnic diversity in the contemporary world both in global and local dimensions
KP7_UK1, student is able to relate critically to the consequences of social and cultural changes

Methods:
small group work, practical task, in class activity, a multimedia presentation, periodic short tests
