Substantive content:
During the course students prepare experiment base on plant material with in vitro culture. Student will be able to characterized stage of in vitro culture experiment and role of plant hormones. Student will understand the influence of different conditions, explant type, medium on in vitro cultures.
Student will be able to plan experiment, chose right explant types and medium ingredients, select proper growth condition in phytotron. Student will be able to prepare culture medium, establish and carry on experiments, observation.
After the course students will be familiar with in vitro cultures of plant, will know how to choose right medium, explants and condition.
