The number of hours of teaching is divided into forms of teaching: 15 hours of lecture + 15 hours of exercises
Didactic methods (giving and problem methods):
- informative lecture conducted with the use of visual tools, engaging the audience in activity (discussion);
- exercises conducted with the use of activating methods: solving tasks and tests, joint discussion of issues from the topic, discussion;
- individual consultations according to the consultation schedule

KNOWLEDGE:
3EESP-W01- the student knows and understands the issues of economic structures and institutions related to the functioning of e-government, both at the micro and macro levels. (KP6_WG2)
3EESP-W02- the student knows and understands to an advanced degree economic relations between public authority and the enterprise sector and the regularities governing them in microeconomic, macroeconomic and sectoral terms. (KP6_WG4)
3EESP-W03 - the student knows and understands, to an advanced degree, IT tools for collecting, analysing and presenting data explaining complex economic and social relations. (KP6_WG5)
SKILLS:
3EESP-U01 - the student appropriately selects data to analyse and forecast social processes and phenomena (including economic, legal, cultural, and political) using appropriate statistical methods and tools and advanced information and communication techniques. (KP6_UW2)

Assessment criteria
The general conditions are set out in the University of Bialystok's Rules of Study (Appendix to Announcement No. 6/2022 of the Rector of the University of Bialystok dated 7 December 2022).
Forms of passing the course:
The prerequisite for the successful completion of the course is the attainment of the prescribed learning outcomes in all the forms of classes provided for in the study programme.
LECTURES:
- An examination is a test consisting of open and closed questions.
A condition to pass the exam is to obtain min. 55% of the total points.
The prerequisite to take the exam is to obtain a pass mark for the exercises.
EXERCISES:
- Performance of teamwork and its oral presentation;
- Activity in discussions.
Prerequisites for passing the exercises are obtaining 55% of the total points for teamwork and activity attendance in class.
Absences:
- one unexcused absence from the exercises (2 teaching hours) is allowed;
- more than 50% of unexcused absences from classes qualify for failing the course.
