- Exercises: solving tasks and examples with the use of current legal solutions (case study ), group work by project method, discussions, interactive quizzes.

Assessment criteria
Forms of course credit:
Lecture - final written exam (test -100%), taking the exam depends on getting credit for the exercises.
Exercises: colloquium - 60%, activity in class and group work 40%.
