Learning outcomes
KNOWLEDGE, graduates:
- has in-depth knowledge of the principles and institutions of criminal law, civil law, administrative law, constitutional law and judicial and administrative procedures - KA7_WG3;
- knows and understands terminology proper for particular disciplines of law - KA7_WK3;
SKILLS, the graduate:
- is able to correctly interpret and explain the meaning of specific legal norms and mutual relations between these norms within a specific field of law - KA7_UW1;
- is able to move efficiently within the system of Polish law, uses norms of particular fields of law to solve particular problems on his/her own; depending on his/her own interests (selected specialization subjects) he/she has extended abilities to solve complicated practical problems within a specified field of law - KA7_UO1;
SOCIAL COMPETENCES, the graduate:
- is able to independently and critically complement knowledge and skills, extended by the interdisciplinary dimension - KA7_KK2
Assessment criteria
Written exam, evaluation of activity in e-learning classes
Depending on the development of the epidemic situation, it is possible to conduct an exam using electronic means of communication.
