Prerequisites (description)
(in Polish) It a descriptive course concerning the public economic law in Poland (including EU law). It is an introductory course providing students with basic information concerning economic activity and entrepreneurs in Poland and the EU. The aim of the course is to introduce the students to the main ideas, knowledge, and trends of the legal aspects of economic activity in Poland and the EU. The course presents the origins of public economic law in Poland and the basic terminology in this field. In this course, students will be acquainted with the most important issues in the field of the undertaking, conducting, and terminating economic activity in Poland and the EU. Teaching methods: lecture with elements of discussion and work with the legal acts and case law.
