KNOWLEDGE, the graduate knows and understands:

and institutions in the field of criminal and civil law, administrative, constitutional and judicial and administrative procedures,
- KP7_WK3 - knows and understands the appropriate terminology
for individual law disciplines,
SKILLS, the graduate is capable of:
- KP7_UW1 - can interpret and explain correctly the importance of specific legal norms and the interrelationships between these norms within a specific area of law,
KP7_UO1 - fluently navigates the Polish law system, uses individual norms and areas of law to pursue independently solving specific problems; depending on students own interests (selected specialization subjects) and has advanced skills wich alllows to solve complex practical problems in the specific fields of law,
SOCIAL COMPETENCES, the graduate is ready to:
KP7_KK2 - independently and critically supplement knowledge and skills, enhanced by an interdisciplinary dimension.
Assessment criteria
Attendance at classes and preparation of a presentation on a given topic are prerequisites for passing the course.
1 absence from classes per semester is permissible, the remaining ones must be made up during the consultations after the reason for the absence has disappeared.
Depending on applicable regulations, the examination may be conducted remotely.
