Learning outcomes
1. The student knows the basic concepts of ordinary differential equations and initial conditions and understands the difference between general and particular solutions. KA6_WG1
2. The student can describe the basic types of ordinary first-order differential equations and discuss the methods used to solve them. KA6_WG1
3. The student can list and discuss second-order differential equations and knows the methods of solving elementary second-order equations by reducing to first order. KA6_WG1
4. The student can obtain a general solution for differential equations with separated variables and determine a particular solution for given initial conditions. KA6_UW2
5. The student is able to apply the correct substitution to the differential equation to reduce it to the equation with separated variables. KA6_UW2
6. The student can choose the right methods for solving heterogeneous differential equations. KA6_UW2
7. The student can convert elementary equations of the second order to the first order. KA6_UW2
8. Creatively solves problems. KA6_KO1
9. Can systematically complement knowledge about differential and difference equations. KA6_UU1
