Teaching methods: Informational, as well as conversational lecture with the use of multimedia presentations, commentary on recent events, analysis of documents, case studies, discussion, analysis and interpretation of statistical data, including rules of universal planning in education.

2ZETR_W1: Student understands to an in-depth extent the essence of demand and supply of tourism and recreation and relationships between tourism and recreation and the economy in recent and historical context (KP7_WG4)
2ZETR_W2: Student identifies the types of touristic and recreation services, understands to an in-depth extent the rules of companies operationg in this sector and the essence of state's policy developing touristic economy evolutively (KP7_WG7)
2ZETR_U1: Student is able to use his economic knowledge to critically analyze, evaluate and synthesize problems related to tourism and recreation sector (KP7_UW5)
2ZETR_U2: Student is able to interpret processes on touristic and recreation market using appropriate research methods in the field of scientific work (KP7_UW6)
2ZETR_K1: Student is able to understand the importance of acquired knowledge to properly identify and solve dilemmas related to processes occuring in the environment and practising a profession (KP7_KK4)
Kryteria oceniania
General rules are set in the Regulamin studiów Uniwersytetu w Białymstoku (Załącznik do Obwieszczenia nr 6/2022 Rektora Uniwersytetu w Białymstoku z dnia 7 grudnia 2022 r.).
A condition to pass the lecture is to attain established learning outcomes. The form of verifing them is a written pass with grade.
Written pass in the scope of the lectures will take the form of test with multiple choice questions and open problematic questions related to the functionning of tourism and recreation economy. Student should attain at least 51% of points to pass the test.
Scale of grades:
0-50% points - 2,0
51-60% points - 3,0
61-70% points - 3,0
71-80% points - 4,0
81-90% points - 4,5
91-100% points - 5,0
According to the rules of universal planning it is possible to include during evaluation individual needs and requirements of students with different problems.
