KNOWLEDGE, the graduate knows and understands:
KA7_WG3-has an in-depth knowledge of the principles and institutions of.
criminal law, civil law, administrative law, constitutional law and court and administrative procedures
KA7_WK3-knows and understands the terminology specific to particular disciplines of law
SKILLS, the graduate is able to:
KA7_UW1-can correctly interpret and explain the meanings of specific legal norms and mutual relations between these norms within a specific field of law
KA7_UO1-uses the norms of specific branches of law to solve specific problems independently; depending on his/her own interests (selected specialization subjects), has extended abilities to solve complicated practical problems from a specified field of law.
SOCIAL COMPETENCES, the graduate is ready to:

Kryteria oceniania
Forms and conditions of credit:
attendance in class, participation in discussions, written paper.
The final grade consists:
- written paper
- preparation for the classes may increase the grade by 0.5 degree
Grade scale from 2 to 5.
1 absence from classes in a semester is allowed, the rest should be made up at the next consultation after the cause of the absence has ceased.
