The student knows and understands
- KP_WG4: general terminology and basic methodological tools concerning linguistics
- KP6_WG6: methods of analyzing and interpreting texts of culture of Anglophone countries in the context of selected theories in linguistics
The student is able to:
- KP6_UW6: select and implement appropriate methods and tools of linguistic analysis
- KP6_UO1: plan and organise individual and team work
-KP6_UK1: communicate using specialised terminology in the field of linguistics studies
Assessment criteria
Written test (60%), in-class presentation of student's project (30%), evaluation of participation in classes (10%)
One unexcused absence during the course is allowed; students with more absences need to consult their teacher for instructions on how to make up for them.
