Gram staining. Complex staining of mycobacteria and endospores of bacilli.
Microbiological media.
Techniques of sterilization and disinfection. Autoclave, Pasteur's oven, microwave sterilizer
Isolation of bacteria from environmental samples. Culture and growth of bacteria. Purification of bacterial cultures. Bacteria enumeration techniques.
